Termination

Upon termination, we will assist with the orderly transfer or liquidation of your investments, subject to applicable laws and market conditions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be:

• First addressed through good faith negotiations
• Subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts
• Resolved in accordance with Nigerian securities regulations
• Referred to the SEC Nigeria for regulatory matters
